Internal Air Compressor Installation

Tools and Materials
• 7/16-inch open end wrench
Procedure
1.
Thread four rubber mount fittings (shipped with pump) into the air compressor feet.
2.
Install intake filter assembly onto the pump using pipe tape.

Position the air compressor on the compressor mount.
4.
Secure the compressor to the mount using four mounting nuts (shipped with
compressor).
5.
Connect the air tube to the compressor connection.
6.
Connect the electrical harness to the compressor harness.
7.
Make sure the electrical harness and the air tube do not interfere with moving parts or
contact any hot surfaces. Make sure the air tube is securely fastened to the connector.
8.
Install the upper and lower left side panels. (See
