The green (Start) button does not flash when the main circuit breaker is turned on.

The computer boots up properly and the green (Start) button flashes but the system's
electronics (main contactor) do not activate.

Check the main power input to AC board. With the main circuit
breaker on, verify that the voltage read on studs between A-B, B-C,
and A-C is within specification of 230 VAC, ± 5 percent.
Verify whether the vacuum motor comes on with the main circuit
breaker.
The 10 amp UPS On/Off switch/breaker above the main circuit
breaker must be on.
Verify that line fuses F1, F2, and F3 are good on the AC board.
Inspect the cable connections between the UI and the socket on the
AC board labeled 'Panel'.
Try a manual power up:
a.
Manually shutdown the UPS and turn off the UPS on/off
switch. Then turn off the main circuit breaker.
b.
Turn on the main circuit breaker. Manually power On the UPS
by momentarily depressing the on/off button. Verify that the
UPS does not indicate errors. Verify that the UPS is running
with AC input and is not in battery mode.
c.
Press the green button to enable the main contactor.
Verify that the green (Start) button begins to flash at a slower rate
once pressed. If it doesn't:
a.
Verify that the red stop button is not stuck within bezel
opening in the depressed position.
b.
Verify that the oven thermal breaker is not active (open). Using
a meter, verify that 24V DC is present at both (connected)
thermal breaker spade connections. An open (popped) oven
thermal breaker may indicate a failed oven blower.
