This object sets a custom number of distinguishable steps per
revolution.
Enabled if bit 2 Scaling function
parameters = "1".
To avoid counting errors, check that

total measuring range.
Enabled if bit 2 in the object
Allowed values are equal to or lower than Total hardware resolution
(6501-00 Hardware counts per revolution
