detection is during PUI, zero, slope, and sample analysis
when an error occurs during the Polychromator board and
Main board BIT.

during the ADC Offset , ADC Calibration, or ADC-DAC
Loopback BITs.

Probable Cause and Corrective Action
An error has occurred in the CO-ox temperature control
components. This error can occur if a temperature control
component has failed, or if the system is operated at ambient
temperatures beyond the operating temperature.
The system can measure samples and report results for
NOTE:
parameters that are still available.
1. Wait while the system attempts to correct the problem.
2. Operate the system in an environment with ambient
temperature within 15 to 32°C.
3. If the error continues, replace the cartridges to make the tHb
parameter available for analysis. Refer to Replacing the
Measurement and Wash/Waste Cartridges in Section 3 in
the Rapidpoint 400 Series Operator's Manual if you want to
replace the cartridges.
4. If prompted to call for service, record the message, including
the qualifier, and call for technical assistance.
