Probable Cause and Corrective Action
The system turned the parameter identified in the message off
because the sensor exceeded calibration limits.

1. Perform a 2-point calibration.

2. If the parameter fails the calibration, wait as subsequent
calibrations may make the parameter available again.
3. If the parameter remains out of calibration, replace the
cartridges to make the parameter available for analysis. Refer
to Replacing the Measurement and Wash/Waste Cartridges in
Section 3 in the Rapidpoint 400 Series Operator's Manual if you
want to replace the cartridges.
4. If the message appears again, record the message and call for
technical assistance.
Service Solutions
Perform service solutions only after all other corrective actions
have been completed. If cartridge replacement does not solve
the problem:
1. Use the measurement cartridge simulator to perform the
sensor test.
2. Replace the connector block.
3. Replace the cartridge interface module.
