6. Ease the thermal cover over the plunger.
a. Rotate the thermal cover 90° and slide it forward over the handle.
Do not remove the connector block cover. The connector block
CAUTION:
cover is part of the connector block assembly.
Newer models of the cartridge interface assembly have in-line
NOTE:
connectors and do not require using the pin extractor.
7. Using the pin extractor, twist and remove wires 18, 19, 20, and 21 from
the outboard cable harness connector.
8. Remove the cables from the cable clamps.
