Correction
Reset the speed ripple
compensation value on the
SigmaWin+.
Set Pn423 (2423 hex) to
n.1 (Do not detect
A.942 alarms). However,
changing the setting may
increase the speed ripple.
Set Pn423 (2423 hex) to
n.0 (Disable torque
ripple compensation). How-
ever, changing the setting
may increase the speed rip-
ple.
Set the power supply volt-
age within the specified
range.
Increase the power supply
capacity.
If you have changed the
setting of Pn509 (2509 hex)
(Momentary Power Inter-
ruption Hold Time),
decrease the setting.
Replace the SERVOPACK
and connect a reactor.
The SERVOPACK may be
faulty. Replace the SERVO-
PACK.
Even if an overtravel signal
is not shown by the input
signal monitor, momentary
overtravel may have been
detected. Take the following
precautions.
• Do not specify move-
ments that would cause
overtravel from the host
controller.
• Check the wiring of the
overtravel signals.
• Implement countermea-
sures against noise.
Replace the part. Contact
your Yaskawa representa-
tive for replacement.
