Alarm Meaning
An overheating error occurred in the external
encoder.
The SERVOPACK and Sync0 events cannot be
synchronized.
The EtherCAT AL does not move to the Opera-
tional state when the DS402 drive is in Operation
Enabled state.
The process data reception events and Sync0
events cannot be synchronized. (Process data
communications failed.)
A parameter setting exceeds the setting range.
Initialization failed when the power supply was
turned ON.
An error occurred during ESC initialization.
Loading SERVOPACK information failed.
A checksum error occurred in the EEPROM.
An error occurred in the current detection circuit.
Internal program error 0 occurred in the SERVO-
PACK.
