Interruttore stacca batteria
Il cavo di massa della batteria può
essere interrotto mediante l'apposi-
to interruttore B, posto anch'esso nel
baule anteriore (vedi pag. 5.3)
Si consiglia di scollegare la
batteria in caso di prolungata
inattività della vettura.
Consultare il capitolo "Sosta
Prolungata" nella sezione "Au-
totelaio" pag. 4.67.
Ogni volta che si riporta lo
staccabatteria in posizione
"ON", prima di procedere al-
l'avviamento del motore, atten-
dere almeno 10 secondi con
chiave di avviamento in posi-
zione "II" per consentire l'au-
toapprendimento al sistema
elettronico che gestisce le val-
vole motorizzate.

Battery master switch
The battery's earth wire can be dis-
connected using the specific switch
B, which is also located in the front
luggage compartment (see page
5.3).
Disconnection of the battery is
advised if the vehicle is not
used for long periods of time.
Refer to the section on "Long
Periods of Inactivity" in the
"Chassis" chapter page 4.67.
Each time the battery master
switch is turned to the "ON"
position, wait at least 10 secon-
ds with the ignition key in po-
sition "II" before starting the
engine. This enables the
electronic system managing
the motor-driven valves to per-
form the self-learning procedu-
re.

Interrupteur coupe-batterie
Le câble de masse de la batterie
peut être coupé par l'interrupteur
spécial B, situé dans le coffre avant
(voir page 5.3).
Il est conseillé de débrancher
la batterie en cas d'inutilisation
prolongée de la voiture.
Voir le chapitre "Remisage Pro-
longé" et notamment la section
"Châssis" page 4.67.
Chaque fois que l'interrupteur
coupe-batterie et remis sur la
position "ON", avant de
procéder au démarrage du
moteur, attendre au moins 10
secondes avec la clé de con-
tact sur la position "II", pour
permettre l'autoapprentissage
du système électronique qui
gère les soupapes motorisées.

Batterietrennschalter
Das Erdungskabel kann durch den
speziellen Schalter B, der sich eben-
falls im Kofferraum vorne befindet,
abgetrennt werden (siehe S. 5.3).
Es wird empfohlen, die Batte-
rie bei längerer Nichtbenut-
zung des Fahrzeugs abzuklem-
men.
Im Kapitel "Längerer Still-
stand" im Abschnitt "Chassis"
nachschlagen S. 4.67.
Jedesmal, wenn der Batterie-
trennschalter auf "ON" gestellt
wird, vor dem Anlassen des
Motors mindestens 10 Sekun-
den bei in Position "II" ge-
drehtem Schlüssel warten, um
dem elektronischen System,
das die elektrisch betätigten
Ventile steuert, das Selbstler-
nen zu ermöglichen.
