Solution
Make sure UVW terminals are
correctly connected to UVW of motor;
change motor power cable.
Check the machinery
Increase position loop and velocity
loop gain
Increase Pr0.33 set value accordingly
but please aware that doing so might
cause the position deviation to be
higher.
Solution
1. Adjust velocity input
command; 2. Increase Pr3.21
value;
3. Adjust pulse train input
frequency and division
frequency coefficient;
4. Verify encoder wiring;

Reconnect UVW if wrongly
connected. If still remains
unsolved, please contact
technical support.
