6.19.2 Functions under velocity mode

Velocity reached output signal (AT-SPEED)
AT-SPEED signal delivers after motor velocity reached arrival velocity.

When motor velocity > Pr4.36, AT-speed output signal is valid.
Detection using 10RPM hysteresis.
Velocity coincidence output
Velocity command (before acc-/deceleration) coincides with motor velocity. If the
difference between velocity command and motor velocity is within the range set in
Pr4.35, it is treated as the velocity coincides.
