Circle Angle

Used in the Following Case
• To correct the tilting of circle measurement objects
Example) Appearance measurement while correcting the nut rotation
Reference image
The degree of angle is calculated by comparing the featured points of
the reference image with those of the input image.
Important
• Processing is different for color images and monochrome images. If the camera type, color camera, or monochrome
camera, was changed from a previous setup, a reset of some settings may be needed.

Circle Angle
Draw a circle to encircle the part that has the basic
features of the image in order to define the
registering conditions for featured points/measured
points.
Based on the conditions defined on the sensor
controller, inspect the featured points on the
circumference with the pixel unit, which will be
registered as the reference position.
