Changing the Binary Filter Settings (Monochrome Images Only)
You can change the settings of the filter that binarizes images.

Set the level for conversion of a 256 gradation grayscale image to a binary
0 to 255
image.
[128] to [255]
Set the "Binary level" so that the pixels of the measurement target are white.
