Measurement Parameters (Ec Corner)

Set the sort conditions/judgement conditions of corners.
Data of the specified number is output as measurement data.

In the Item Tab area, click [Measurement].

In the "Sort cond." area, set the sorting
conditions.

Specify the number of detections of corner that is judged
to be OK.
