Setting value
Set the axis direction of the V axis to either forward or backward with
respect to the X axis or Y axis direction in the XY coordinate system that is
parallel or perpendicular to each UVWR axis.
Set the upper and lower limit values for the V axis movement range. Units of
the coordinate system set in calibration is used.
Set the axis direction of the W axis to either forward or backward with
respect to the X axis or Y axis direction in the XY coordinate system that is
parallel or perpendicular to each UVWR axis.
In this case, the Y axis is in
the negative direction.
Set the upper and lower limit values for the W axis movement range. Units
