Configuring Multiple Authentication
clear multiauth session-timeout
Use this command to clear session‐timeout values, for one or all authentication methods, back to
the default values.
Syntax
clear multiauth session-timeout [cep | dot1x | mac | pwa]
Parameters
cep
dot1x
mac
pwa
Defaults
If no authentication type is specified, the session timeout value is returned to 300 seconds for all
authentication types.
Mode
Switch command, Read‐Write.
Examples
This example shows how to clear the session‐timeout values, for an active session, for cep and mac
authentication types, to the default value of 0 seconds:
Matrix(rw)->clear multiauth idle-timeout cep
Matrix(rw)->clear multiauth idle-timeout mac
This example shows how to clear the session‐timeout values, for an active session, for all
authentication types, to the default value of 0 seconds:
Matrix(rw)->set multiauth idle-timeout
set multiauth trap
Use this command to set the multiauth trap setting for system, module and port.
Syntax
set multiauth trap {system {enabled | disabled} | module {enabled | disabled} |
port portstring {all | success | failed | terminated | max-reached}}
