Configuring Spanning Tree Bridge Parameters
Example
This example shows how to reset the Spanning Tree bridge hello mode to enabled:
Matrix(rw)->clear spantree bridgehellomode

show spantree hello

Use this command to display the Spanning Tree hello time.
Syntax
show spantree hello

Switch command, Read‐Only.
Example
This example shows how to display the Spanning Tree hello time:
Matrix(rw)->show spantree hello
Bridge Hello Time is set to 2 seconds

set spantree hello

Use this command to set the device's Spanning Tree hello time.

Usage
This is the time interval (in seconds) the device will transmit BPDUs indicating it is active.
6-24 Spanning Tree Configuration
Specifies the number of seconds the system waits before broadcasting a
bridge hello message (a multicast message indicating that the system is
active). Valid values are 1 ‐ 10.
