Tensioning pulley
Additional hole in the eccentric of the tensioning pulley for 6 mm
hexagon socket wrench -arrow-.
Note
The tensioner pulley of the new version can be adjusted with the
special two-hole nut turner , e. g. -T10020- , or using a commer‐
cially available 6 mm hexagon socket wrench.
Adjust TDC for cylinder 1 with vibration damper installed
– Turn the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation at the
central screw so that the notch on the vibration damper (TDC
marking for cylinder 1) -large arrow- is in line with the em‐
bossed arrow -small arrow- on the middle toothed belt guard
as shown.
Use the mirror to do this.
Engine support bracket
On vehicles manufactured from 03.07, the engine support -1- is
in-built.
Note
When removing the toothed belt, it is necessary to remove the
motor support -1-.
