– Pull the release mandrel in -arrow direction 1- and open the
knurled nut in -arrow direction 2-.
– Disconnect the central plug connection for unit injectors and
glow plugs and uncover the wiring harness.
– Disconnect connectors -1- for unit injectors while pressing the
locking pins.

– Unplug connector -1- from the glow plugs.
Caution
The installation / removal of the wiring harness must only be
carried out by unscrewing/screwing on the clamps. By remov‐
ing the cable guide from the clamps, the clamps will be bent
apart and the larger clearance can lead to cable breakage.
– Fixing screws -2-, unscrew the stainless steel clamps (10 Nm)
and place the wiring harness down.
– Evenly loosen and remove the remaining 15 screws of the
bearing bush from outside to inside.
– Remove jacking screws SW 15 of the frame -T10262- by turn‐
ing anti-clockwise to the stop.
