– Remove screws -1- and -3-.
– Unlock the vacuum lines at the rear of the charge air pipe and
disconnect the hose to the vacuum actuator of the charge
boost pressure control.
– Disconnect the hose -2- to the crankcase ventilation hose from
the charge air pipe.
– Release the spring strap clamp -4- with pliers for spring strap
clamps and remove the charge air pipe from the exhaust gas
turbocharger.
– Unscrew the fixing screws securing the charge air tube and
remove the connecting hose from the exhaust gas turbocharg‐
er; to do so, lift the retaining clip slightly -arrow-.
– Remove pre-exhaust pipe
– Unscrew screws -1- and -2- and remove the turbocharger
support.
– Remove the oil return line -3- from the cylinder block.
– Unscrew the oil feed line from the exhaust gas turbocharger
and exhaust manifold -arrows- and unscrew it from the coolant
tube and the oil filter holder and place it aside.
