♦ Extractor - T10163-
♦ Plug insert - T10054- (XZN 6, total length at least 75 mm)
♦ Counterholder - T10172 - or -MP 1-216-
♦ Dial gauge
1.7.1 Removing
– Switch off ignition and pull out ignition key.
– Remove cylinder head cover
– Undo the locknuts -2- of the adjusting screws -1- for all unit
injectors and unscrew adjusting screws until the respective
valve lever is resting on the spring plate of the unit injector.
Note
Do not remove the screws from the valve lever shaft in order that
the individual parts remain attached to the valve lever shaft. Mark
the assignment of the valve lever if necessary.

– Remove screws -1-, -3- and -5-.
– Undo screws -2- and -4- and alternately remove in several
stages, and remove valve lever shaft.
– Disconnect connectors -1- for unit injectors while pressing the
locking pins.
