1 = Status of follower 20 is monitored only when it is
in stopped state.
0 = Status of follower 21 is monitored continuously.
1 = Status of follower 21 is monitored only when it is in

0 = Status of follower 22 is monitored continuously.
1 = Status of follower 22 is monitored only when it is in
stopped state.
0 = Status of follower 23 is monitored continuously.
