Description
Defines the period between previous sample and actual
sample of cos phi values used to detect the sync loss
condition.
The below block diagram shows the control logic for a
sample memory area of 10 samples.
If the sample period is set as
1 second, the first sample is compared after 1
second, and the next samples are compared after
100 ms.
10 seconds, the first sample is compared after 10
seconds, and the next samples are compared after
1 second.
120 seconds, the first sample is compared after
120 seconds, and the next samples are compared
after 12 seconds.
Sync loss sample period.
Defines the filter time for signal 1.25 INU momentary
cos φ used for sync loss supervision function.
Filter time.
Defines the cos phi drop limit for the Sync loss
supervision function.
If the drop from previous to actual cos phi samples is
equal to or larger than the limit, the Sync loss condition
occurs. Note that the function detects a sync loss
condition only if the drive output frequency is above
the minimum detection limit
detection
limit).
The motor is not in synchronization condition, when:
Previous cos phi sample - Actual cos phi sample ≤
Previous cos phi sample * p.31.205/100
Synchronization loss cos phi drop in percent.
Defines the minimum level of actual cos phi below
which motor is out of synchronization.
Synchronization loss cos phi minimum level.
