Description
Parameters
31.32 Emergency ramp supervision
31.33 Emergency ramp supervision
1.29 Speed change
rate, provide a supervision function
for emergency stop modes Off1 and Off3.
The supervision is based on either
observing the time within which the motor stops,
or
comparing the actual and expected deceleration
rates.
If this parameter is set to 0%, the maximum stop time
is directly set in parameter 31.33. Otherwise,
defines the maximum allowed deviation from the
expected deceleration rate, which is calculated from
parameters

time
(Off3). If the actual deceleration rate (1.29)
deviates too much from the expected rate, the drive
trips on

If
31.32
is set to 0% and
emergency stop ramp supervision is disabled.
Maximum deviation from expected deceleration rate.
If parameter
31.32 Emergency ramp supervision
to 0%, this parameter defines the maximum time an
emergency stop (mode Off1 or Off3) is allowed to take.
If the motor has not stopped when the time elapses,
the drive trips on
73B0 Emergency ramp

6.17 Drive status word
If
31.32
is set to a value other than 0%, this parameter
defines a delay between the receipt of the emergency
stop command and the activation of the supervision.
It is recommended to specify a short delay to allow the
speed change rate to stabilize.
Maximum ramp-down time, or supervision activation
delay.
