Description Saddle roller guide HP sensor does not come ON within 5
of detection sec after the saddle guide motor starts operation.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the saddle roller guide HP sensor
(S207) and the saddle guide motor (M204).
2. Check the connection of the saddle roller guide HP sensor
(S207) and the saddle guide motor (M204) harnesses.
3. Replace the saddle roller guide HP sensor (S207).
4. Replace the saddle guide motor (M204).
5. Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
6. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

Description Saddle alignment plate HP sensor does not come ON within

3. Replace the saddle alignment plate HP sensor (S206).
4. Replace the saddle alignment motor (M202).
5. Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
6. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

3. Replace the saddle stitcher HP sensor (S223).
4. Replace the saddle stitcher motor (M209).
5. Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
6. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

Description Home position is still detected after 500 msec from the start
of detection of saddle unit operation.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the saddle stitcher HP sensor
(S223) and the saddle stitcher motor (M209).
2. Check the connection of the saddle stitcher HP sensor
(S223) and the saddle stitcher motor (M209) harnesses.
3. Replace the saddle stitcher HP sensor (S223).
4. Replace the saddle stitcher motor (M209).
5. Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
6. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

Description Although the saddle trailing edge retainer motor is driven to
of detection move the saddle trailing edge retainer for 96 mm, the saddle
trailing edge retainer cannot be detected by the saddle trailing
edge retainer move HP sensor.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the saddle trailing edge retainer
move HP sensor (S219) and the saddle trailing edge
retainer motor (M210).
2. Check the connection of the saddle trailing edge retainer
move HP sensor ((S219) and the saddle trailing edge
retainer motor (M210) harnesses.
3. Replace the saddle trailing edge retainer move HP sensor
(S219).
4. Replace the saddle trailing edge retainer motor (M210).
5. Replace the saddle stitcher controller PCB.
6. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
