E568 8004 02 Title Error in the feed roller disengage/buffer flapper motor
Description The buffer flapper HP sensor does not detect the buffer
of detection flapper.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the buffer flapper HP sensor (S142),
and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the feed roller disengage/buffer
flapper motor (M119), and replace the motor if necessary.
3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

Description Nip release HP sensor 1 (S3) failed to be OFF even though
of detection specified period of time has passed in the case of initial nip/
nip-release operation
Measures 1. Check the connector of the nip release HP sensor 1 (S3),
and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the nip release motor 1 (M4).
3. Replace the master controller PCB.

Measures 1. Check the connector of the upper stopper motor (M8), and
replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the upper stopper HP sensor (S23),
and replace the sensor if necessary.

HP
Description The upper stopper HP sensor failed to be ON despite the
of detection drive of specified pulse in the case that the upper stopper
motor started to be driven while the upper stopper HP sensor
was OFF.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the upper stopper motor (M8), and
replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the upper stopper HP sensor (S23),
and replace the sensor if necessary.
