E5BB 0004 61 Title Error in the spine bending motor (right) (M29) of the perfect
binder.
Description 1. When the spine bending plate opens, the spine bending
of detection pressure sensor (S69) is not OFF within some specified
time after triggered.
2. When the spine bending plate closes, the spine bending
pressure sensor (S69) is already ON.
Measures 1. Replace the spine bending motor (right)(M29).
2. Replace the spine bending pressure sensor (S69).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

Description The spine bending home position sensor (right) (S66) and the
of detection spine bending pressure sensor (S69) is ON in the same time.
Measures 1. Replace the spine bending motor (right)(M29).
2. Replace the spine bending pressure sensor (S69).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.
E5BB 8001 02 Title Error in the waste paper full sensor
Description The A/D input value does not enter into the D/A output upper
of detection limit of the waste paper full sensor.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the waste paper full sensor
(emitting/receiving) (S011), and replace the sensor if
necessary.
2. Replace the trimmer controller PCB (PCB1).

Description The A/D input value does not enter into the D/A output lower
of detection limit of the waste paper full sensor.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the waste paper full sensor
(emitting/receiving) (S011), and replace the sensor if
necessary.
2. Replace the trimmer controller PCB (PCB1).

Description When the switch back flapper is lifted, the switch back flapper
of detection home position sensor (S10) does not come ON even though
it is driven for the specified time.
Measures 1. Replace the switch back flapper motor (M8).
2. Replace the switch back flapper home position sensor
(S10).
3. Replace the master controller PCB.

Description When the switch back flapper is lowered, the switch back
of detection flapper home position sensor (S10) does not go OFF even
though it is driven for the specified time.
Measures 1. Replace the switch back flapper motor (M8).
2. Replace the switch back flapper home position sensor
(S10).
3. Replace the master controller PCB.
