Removing Secondary Transfer Inner Roller

<Preparation>
1) Open the Front Left Cover and the Front Right
Cover.
(Refer to page 4-54)
2) Remove Process Unit Cover.
(Refer to page 4-71)
3) Pull Out ITB Unit.
(Refer to page 4-83)
4) Remove ITB Cleaning Unit.
(Refer to page 4-227)
5) Remove Patch Sensor Unit.
(Refer to page 4-88)
6) Remove ITB.
(Refer to page 4-219)
Caution :
Be careful not to touch the surface of secondary transfer inner roller because it
may cause the image failure.

1) Loosen the screw and remove the secondary transfer inner roller unit (including the secondary
transfer mounting plate).
• 1 screw
