E537 8001 02 Title a. Error in front alignment operation (Fin-AK)
b. Error in the rear alignment motor (Fin-AG)
Description a. Front alignment HP sensor does not come ON within 5 sec
of detection after the front alignment motor starts operation.
b. The rear alignment plate does not come off the rear
alignment HP sensor.
Measures a-1. Check the connector of the front alignment HP sensor.
a-2. Check the connector of the front alignment motor.
a-3. Replace the front alignment HP sensor.
a-4. Replace the front alignment motor.
a-5. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
b-1. Check the connector of the rear alignment HP sensor
(S109), and replace the sensor if necessary.
b-2. Check the connector of the front alignment motor (M109),
and replace the motor if necessary.
b-3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

b-1. Check the connector of the rear alignment HP sensor
(S109), and replace the sensor if necessary.
b-2. Check the connector of the front alignment motor (M109),
and replace the motor if necessary.
b-3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

stacker
Description Stack tray 1 alignment HP sensor front (S48) failed to be OFF
of detection even though specified period of time has passed in the case
of initial operation to shift from HP to the standby position for
each paper
Measures 1. Check the connector of the stack tray 1 alignment HP
sensor front (S48), and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the stack tray 1 alignment motor front (M25).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

2. Replace the stack tray 1 alignment motor front (M25).

2. Replace the stack tray 1 alignment motor front (M25).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

sensor front (S51), and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the stack tray 2 alignment motor front (M27).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.
