FIXMIXBD ON/OFF of fixing performance mixed mode
Lv.1 Details To specify ON/OFF of mixed mode in media mixed mode.
When the mixed mode is set to OFF, fixing mode is changed
according to the paper type so that the fixing performance is
increased while productivity is reduced.
Use case If the fixing failure occurs in media mixed condition.
If the fixing failure is not corrected even through the fixing mode is
changed.
Adj/set/operate method Enter the setting value and press the OK key.
Display/adj/set range 0 to 2
0: ON
1: OFF
2: Switching control temperature when papers which weights are
out of range (minimum paper weight (GSM-MIN) to maximum paper
weight (GSM-MAX)) or special papers are mixed.
Default value 0

F-SIWA1 Set target ppr for paper wrinkle measure
Lv.2 Details To set the paper type that stops the printing until the fan control of
paper wrinkle countermeasure is complete.
Use case When paper wrinkle occurs.
Adj/set/operate method Enter the setting value and press the OK key.
Display/adj/set range 0 to 2
0: Printing stops in case of thin paper (to 63 g) and coated paper(to
120 g).
1: Printing stops in case of thin paper (to 63 g), plain paper (to 105 g)
and coated paper (to 128 g).
2: Printing does not stop regardless of paper type.

F-SIWA2 Set papr width for paper wrinkle measure
Lv.2 Details To set the paper width (paper size) that stops the printing until the
fan control of paper wrinkle countermeasure is complete.
Use case When paper wrinkle occurs.
Adj/set/operate method Enter the setting value and press the OK key.
Display/adj/set range 0 to 3
0: Printing stops in case of paper with 306 mm or more in width.
1: Printing stops in case of paper with 275 mm or more in width.
2: Printing stops in case of paper with 221 mm or more in width.
3: Printing stops regardless of paper type.

F-SIWA3 Set ppr wrinkle prev termination condtn
Lv.2 Details To set the conditions to terminate the paper wrinkle prevention at the
time of starting a job.
Target media are plain paper (52 to 80 g/m2) and coated paper (80
to 105 g/m2).
When paper wrinkle occurs, set 4 (effect: moderate). If it is not
alleviated, set 1 (effect: large) or 2 (effect: max). As the effect of
measure becomes larger, waiting time becomes longer.
When 0 is set, waiting time occurs for the target media until the
condition is satisfied, but not for other media.
When 1 is set, minimum waiting time is 60 seconds. When 2 is set,
the time is 180 seconds.
When 3 (rib-like pattern prevention) or 4 is set, waiting time occurs
until the condition is satisfied.
When 5 (effect: small) is set, waiting time does not occur for the
target media, but it occurs for other media until the condition is
satisfied.

Supplement/memo Rib-like pattern: pattern which looks like ribs appears on a paper
when the edges of the Fixing Roller becomes thicker than the center
of it due to thermal expansion. Paper wrinkle occurs when the center
of the roller becomes thicker than the edges of it.
