Description When an error is detected on the EEPROM reading of
of detection polygon scanner.
Measures 1. Check the connector.
2. Replace the laser scanner unit.
3. Replace the DC controller PCB.

Description When VLOCK signal cannot be detected during the FG
of detection rotation of polygon scanner (either the VLOCK signal cannot
be detected within 7.5 sec from startup or VLOCK signal
