E57B 8021 51 Title Error in lock of flapping motor 2 (M31) of the stacker
Description Flapping HP sensor 2 (S39) failed to be OFF even though
of detection specified period of time has passed in the case of initial
flapping operation
Measures 1. Check the connector of the flapping HP sensor 2 (S39),
and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the flapping motor 2 (M31).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

2. Replace the flapping motor 2 (M31).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

E57C 8001 02 Title a. Error in upper guide operation (Fin-AK)
b. Error in the processing tray paper retainer motor (Fin-AG)
Description a. Upper guide HP sensor does not come ON within 5 sec
of detection after the upper guide motor starts operation.
b. The paper retainer does not come off the paper retainer
HP sensor.
Measures a-1. Check the connectors of the upper guide motor and the
upper guide HP sensor, and replace the motor/the sensor if
necessary.
a-2. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
b-1. Check the connector of the paper retainer HP sensor
(S135), and replace the sensor if necessary.
b-2. Check the connector of the processing tray paper retainer
motor (M118), and replace the motor if necessary.
b-3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

2. Replace the trail-edge retaining motor (M29).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

upper guide HP sensor, and replace the motor/the sensor if
necessary.

(S135), and replace the sensor if necessary.
b-2. Check the connector of the processing tray paper retainer
motor (M118), and replace the motor if necessary.
