E56A 8001 02 Title C-fold stopper motor of paper folding unit failed to go through
HP
Description The C-fold stopper motor HP sensor failed to be OFF despite
of detection the drive of specified pulse in the case that the C-fold stopper
motor started to be driven while the C-fold stopper motor HP
sensor was ON.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the C-fold stopper motor (M9), and
replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the C-fold stopper HP sensor (S24),
and replace the sensor if necessary.
E56A 8002 02 Title C-fold stopper motor of paper folding unit failed to return to
HP
Description The C-fold stopper motor HP sensor failed to be ON despite
of detection the drive of specified pulse in the case that the C-fold stopper
motor started to be driven while the C-fold stopper motor HP
sensor was OFF.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the C-fold stopper motor (M9), and
replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the C-fold stopper HP sensor (S24),
and replace the sensor if necessary.

Description The folding tray HP sensor failed to be OFF despite the drive
of detection of specified pulse in the case that the folding tray motor
started to be driven while the folding tray HP sensor was ON.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the folding tray motor (M7), and
replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the folding tray HP sensor (S28),
and replace the sensor if necessary.

Description The folding tray HP sensor failed to be ON despite the drive
of detection of specified pulse in the case that the folding tray motor
started to be driven while the folding tray HP sensor was
OFF.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the folding tray motor (M7), and
replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the folding tray HP sensor (S28),
and replace the sensor if necessary.

Description The stacking tray paper retainer does not come off the
of detection stacking tray paper retainer HP sensor.
Measures 1. Check the connector of the stacking tray paper retainer HP
sensor (S114), and replace the sensor if necessary.

motor (M114), and replace the motor if necessary.
3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

Measures 1. Check the connector of the lead-edge retaining guide
motor (M10), and replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the lead-edge retaining guide HP
sensor (S25), and replace the sensor if necessary.

motor (M10), and replace the motor if necessary.
2. Check the connector of the lead-edge retaining guide HP
sensor (S25), and replace the sensor if necessary.

Description Feed roller HP sensor does not come ON within 5 sec after
of detection the inlet roller disengage motor starts operation.
Measures 1. Check the connectors of the inlet roller disengage motor
and the inlet roller HP sensor, and replace the motor/the
sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
E56F 8002 02 Title Error in inlet roller disengage operation
Description Feed roller HP sensor does not go OFF within 5 sec after the
of detection inlet roller disengage motor starts operation.
Measures 1. Check the connectors of the inlet roller disengage motor
and the inlet roller HP sensor, and replace the motor/the
sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
