E530 8000 02 Title Error in the front/rear alignment motor
Description Error in front/rear alignment motor at initialization is detected.

Measures 1. Check the connector of the front/rear alignment HP sensor
(S108/S109) and the front/rear alignment motor (M108/
M109).
2. Check the connection of the front/rear alignment HP sensor
(S108/S109) and the front/rear alignment motor (M108/
M109) harnesses.
3. Replace the front/rear alignment HP sensor (S108/S109).
4. Replace the front/rear alignment motor (M108/M109).
5. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
E530 8001 02 Title a. Rear alignment error (Fin-AK)
b. Error in the front alignment motor (Fin-AG)
Description a. Rear alignment HP sensor does not go OFF within 5 sec
of detection after the rear alignment motor starts operation.
b. The front alignment plate does not come off the front
alignment HP sensor.
Measures a-1. Check the connector of rear alignment HP sensor.
a-2. Check the connector of rear alignment motor.
a-3. Replace the rear alignment HP sensor.
a-4. Replace the rear alignment motor.
a-5. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
b-1. Check the connector of the front alignment HP sensor
(S108), and replace the sensor if necessary.
b-2. Check the connector of the front alignment motor (M108),
and replace the motor if necessary.
b-3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

b. Error in the front alignment motor (Fin-AG)
Description a. Rear alignment HP sensor does not go OFF within 5 sec
of detection after the rear alignment motor starts operation.
b. The front alignment plate does not come off the front
alignment HP sensor.
Measures a-1. Check the connector of rear alignment HP sensor.
a-2. Check the connector of rear alignment motor.
a-3. Replace the rear alignment HP sensor.
a-4. Replace the rear alignment motor.
a-5. Replace the finisher controller PCB.
b-1. Check the connector of the front alignment HP sensor
(S108), and replace the sensor if necessary.
b-2. Check the connector of the front alignment motor (M108),
and replace the motor if necessary.
b-3. Replace the finisher controller PCB.

Description Stack tray 1 alignment HP sensor rear (S33) failed to be OFF
of detection even though specified period of time has passed in the case
of initial operation to shift from HP to the standby position for

Measures 1. Check the connector of the stack tray 1 alignment HP
sensor rear (S33), and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the stack tray 1 alignment motor rear (M22).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.

2nd stacker
Description Stack tray 1 alignment HP sensor rear (S33) failed to be OFF
of detection even though specified period of time has passed in the case
of initial operation to shift from HP to the standby position for

Measures 1. Check the connector of the stack tray 1 alignment HP
sensor rear (S33), and replace the sensor if necessary.
2. Replace the stack tray 1 alignment motor rear (M22).
3. Replace the slave controller PCB.
