is sufficient.
HINT:
Double cab models do not have a sight glass. When inspecting, use a manifold gauge set.
AIR CONDITIONING
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1.
Access cab, Standard cab:
INSPECT REFRIGERANT VOLUME
Observe the sight glass on the liquid tube.
Test conditions:

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

Fully open the doors
(1) Check for gas leakage with gas leak de-
tector and repair if necessary
(2) Add refrigerant until bubbles disappear
Refer to items 3 and 4

(1) Discharge refrigerant
(2) Evacuate air and charge proper amount
of purified refrigerant
