(B)12-Ground : Approx. 12 volts with ignition SW on and blower SW on
(B) 4-Ground : Approx. 12 volts with ignition SW at ON or ST position
(B) 5-Ground : Always approx. 12 volts
(B)13-Ground : Approx. 12 volts with ignition SW at ACC or ON position
(B) 1-Ground : Always continuity
