1. Cut the new parts for the outer pillar at the locations
as shown above.
HINT: After welding the pillar reinforcement attach it to
the lower area of the outer pillar.

2. After welding the cowl side panel reinforcement, cowl
side inner panel, front body inner pillar, front body pil-
lar reinforcement and rocker panel reinforcement,
weld the front body outer pillar with standard points.
