Alarm Meaning
The polarity detection failed.
The overtravel signal was detected during
polarity detection.
The servo was turned ON before the
polarity was detected.
The travel distance exceeded the setting
of Pn48E (Polarity Detection Range).
The polarity detection failed.
The multiturn data for the absolute
encoder was not correctly cleared or set.
Communications between the encoder
and SERVOPACK is not possible.
An error occurred in calculating the posi-
tion data of the encoder.
An error occurred in the communications
timer between the encoder and SERVO-
PACK.
The parameters in the encoder are cor-
rupted.
The contents of communications with the
encoder are incorrect.
Different multiturn limits have been set in
the encoder and the SERVOPACK.
Receiving data from the Feedback Option
Module failed.
An error occurred in the timer for commu-
nications with the Feedback Option Mod-
ule.
The setting of Pn520 (Excessive Position
Deviation Alarm Level) was exceeded by
the position deviation while the servo was
ON.
The servo was turned ON after the posi-
tion deviation exceeded the setting of
Pn526 (Excessive Position Deviation
Alarm Level at Servo ON) while the servo
was OFF.
If position deviation remains in the devia-
tion counter, the setting of Pn529 or
Pn584 (Speed Limit Level at Servo ON)
limits the speed when the servo is turned
ON. This alarm occurs if a position refer-
ence is input and the setting of Pn520
(Excessive Position Deviation Alarm Level)
is exceeded before the limit is cleared.
