Inserire 10 ruola completo di cuscinetti, dischi frena e rinvio del contochilometri (A)
completo di anello di tenuto e trascinatore Ira i gamboli della forcella.
Inserire il perno ruota

dopa overlo opportunamente iubrificato, dol Iota deslro e
awitarlo a fonda con I'apposito chiave. Menlre 5i esegue questa operazione
e
bene
far ruotare
10
ruota.
Spingere piG voltesui semimanubri in modo do caricore 10 sospensione, in questa modo
5i otterr6 I' assestamento degli steli sui perno ruoto.
Serrare Ie viti [2) del morsetto del gambole destro.
Rimontare Ie due pinze controllando chei dischi scorrano liberamente oll'interno delle
pinze stesse.
Front wheel reassembly.
Insert the wheel together with bearings, brake discs and odometer transmission (A) with
seal ring and entrainer between the fork legs.
Insert the wheel pin, aher having greased it, from the RH side and fully screw it through
the proper wrench. During this operations, it is better to turn the wheel.
Press several times on the half-handlebars so as to load the suspension; in this way the
rods will set on the wheel pin.
Fasten the screws (2) on the terminol of the R.H. leg.
Reassemble the two calipers by checking that the discs slide inside them.
Remonlage roue avont.

Inserer Ie pivol roue, apres I'avoir bien lubrifie, du cote droit et Ie visser

fond avec

cie appropriee. Pendant cette operation, foire !ourner 10 roue.
Pousser plusieurs fois sur les demi-guidons pour charger
10
suspension, de cette fo<;on
on obtiendra
10
mise en etat des tlges sur Ie pivot de
10
roue. Serrer les vis (2) de I'etau
de
10
tige gauche.
Remonter les deux etriers et s'assurer que les disques glissent libres dans les etriers.
Wiederzusammenbau des vorderen Rodes.
Dos Rod mit Lagern, Bremsescheiben und Vorgelege Kilometerzahle (A) mit Dichtungsring
und Mitnehmer zwischen den Gabelstandern einsetzen. Den Radbolzen, noch der
Schmierung, von der rechten Seiten einsetzen und ihn mit dem speziellen Schlussel
festspannen_ Wahrend der Ausfuhrung dieser Operation, ist es zu empfehlen, das Rod
durchzudrehen. Mehrmalsaufden Halblenkern nach unten drucken , um dieAufhangung
zu laden; auf dieser Weise wird man das Setzen der Stangen auf dem Radbolzen
erfolgen. Die Schrouben [2) der rechten Standerklemme spannen. Die 2 Sattel
wiederzusammenbouen und nachprufen, doss die Scheiben innerhalb der selben Sattel
frel laufen.

Meter el perno de

rueda despues de haberlo lubricado oportunamente par ellado
derecho; atornillarlo a fonda can una Ilave. Mientras se efectua es!a operaci6n se
oconseia giror 10 rueda.
Empuiarvarias veces sabre los semi-manillares de manera que secargue 10 suspensi6n;
de esta manera se asentaran los embolos del perno de 10 rueda.
Apretor los tornillos (2) de
10
abrazadera de 10 canillera derecha.
Vaiver a montor las dos pinzas controlando que los discos deslicen libremente en el
interior de estas.
