Controllare che Ie superfici del pistoncino e del proprio olloggiamento siano
perfetto mente liscie, sostituire Ie guornizioni di tenuta; lubrifjcare illobbro di lavora e
procedere
01 rimonlaggio
posizionandole nel verso indicato in fjgura. Inserire il
pistoncino nelle guornizioni e portarlo a fonda corsa.

Eseguire tutte Ie operazioni in modo inverso 0110 smontaggio e procedere 01

e procedere

spurgo dell'impianto.
Check that the surfaces of the piston and its housing ore perfectly smooth, replace the
seals; grease the working lip and arrange the reassembly, placing them in the direction
shown in figure. Insert the piston in the gaskets and bring it to the stroke end.
The caliper have differentiated pistons (P4 30/341; pay aijention to the correct posi-
tioning
of
the gaskets on the corresponding pistons.
Carry out all these operotions in a reversed sequence with respect to the dismantling
and proceed to fill up the circuit.
Fill up with new brake fluid, of prescribed quality (see paragraph <REFUElINGS"L and
arrange the system bleeding.
Contr6ler que les surfaces du piston et de son logement soient parfaitement lisses,
remplacer les joints d'etancheite; graisser Ie bord de travail et effectuer Ie remontage
en les positionnant dans 10 direction indiquee dans 10 figure. Inserer Ie piston dans les
joints et Ie pousser

Effectuer loutes les operations de far;on renversee par rapport au demontage et arranger

<RAVITAlllEMENTS,) et arranger

purge du systeme.
Der Koiben und dessen Sitz ganz glatt seien. DaB die Floche Nachprufen. Die
Dichtungsringe auswechseln. Die Arbeitslippe beschmieren und in der auf der
Abbildung angezeigten Richtung wiedereinbauen. Dos Kolbenchen in die Dichtungen
einfuhren und es bis zum Endanschlag bringen.
Die Sattel werden mit unterschiedenen Kolben (P4 30/34) geliefert; auf die richtige
Loge der Dichtungen in die dazugeh6rigen Kolben achten.
Dieselben Arbeiten wie zur Demontage, aber in ungekehrter Reihenfolge, vornehmen.
Den Krei.~ mit neuen Bremsflussigkeit in der vargeschriebenen Menge ewfullen (siehe
Abs.: <FUllMENGEN,). Der Anlage donn entluhen.

coloc6ndolas en el sentido indicado par 10 figura. Introducir el piston en las juntas y
lIevario a final de carrera.

poner atencion a 10 correcta
posicion de las guarniciones de los respectivos pistones.
Efectuar de manero inversa todas las operaciones del desmontajey rellenar el circuito.
Introducir IIquido frenos nuevo, de 10 colidad prescrita (ver p6rrafo
<APROVISIONAMIENTOS") y purgor el sistema
