per il tuba.
Pullout entire piston rod assy.
Pour out all oil. lNot necessary
if
only shims are to be changed).
Clean all parts.
If the cylinder tube are to be changed use tool nbr. 733-01 for the lock nut and sleeve
737-01 and handle 738-01 for the tube.
Extraire Ie groupe lige-piston.
Faire ecouler I'huile completement (c;:o n'es! pas necessaire 5i on remplace seulement
les Iomelles).
Nettoyer
loules
les
pieces.
Si an doit rem placer les tuyoux du cylindre, utiliser I'oulil 733-01 pour I'ecrou d'arret
et Ie monchon 737-01 et
10
poignee 738-01 pour Ie tuyau.
Die ganze Stange-Kolbengruppe herausziehen.
Dos ganze 01 abfliessen lassen (im Faile von Auswechslung nur der Plattchen, ist das
nicht notwendig).
Aile Bestandteile reinigen.
Wenn man die Zylinderrohre ersetzen muss, verwendet man das Gerat nr.
733-01
fur
die Schliessmuffer und die Muffe nr. 737-01 und den Handgriff 738-01 fur dos Rohr.
Sacor hada fuera el entera grupo borra-embolo.
Hacer color fuera todo el aceite (no es necesario si se limito a sustituir solo las laminillasl.
limpior todas los piezas.
Si los tubos cilindricos deben ser sustiluidos, usar el utensilio NQ

GIUNTO SFERICO
Rimuovere i distonziali e gli onelli di tenuta (usare una spina). Controllore il giunto sferico
per evitore un giocoeccessivo (vedi "Dati tecnici"). Per rimuovere il giunto sferico, usare
I'attrezzo nO.
721-01 e 723-01.
Ulilizzore nuovamente defti attrezzi quando si rimonta
il giunto sferico. Ingrassare gil anelli di tenuta e rimontare i distanziali.
BAlljOINT
Remove spacers + seals (use a drih) Check the ballioint for excess ploy. (See technical
s p e c ) )
When removing the ballioint use tool nbc. 721-01 and 723-01. Use the tools again
when you mount the balljoint again. Grease the seals and mount the spacers.
JOINT A ROTUlE
Enlever les entretoises et les bagues d'etancheite
(0
I'aide d'une goupille). Controler Ie
joint 6 rotule afin d'eviter un jeu excess if (voir "Donnees Techniques"). Pour enlever Ie
joint
a
rolule, utiliser les outils
721-01
et
723-01.
Utiliser
a
nouveau ces outils pendant
Ie remontage du ioint
a
rotule. Graisser les bogues d'etoncheite et remonter les
entretoises.
KUGElGElENK
Die Dislanzstucke und die Dichtringe (mithilfe eines StiMes) entfernen. Dos Kugelgelenk
kontrollieren, um ein ubermdssiges Spiel (siehe "Technische Daten") zu vermeiden. Um
dos Kugelgelenk zu entfernen, dos Gerdt nr. 721-01 und 723-01 verwenden. Die
obengenonnten Geratewiederverwenden, wenn man das Kugelgelenk wiedermontiert.
Die Oichtringe einfetten und die Distanzstucke wiedermontieren.
JUNTA ESFERICA
Remover los distonciales y los anillos de retencian (usar una clavija). Controlar
