OPERATIONS GENERALES
Scarico liquido refrigerante e stacco tubazioni del circuito di raffreddamento.
Svitare 10 vile (1) di scarieo
del liquido
contenuto
nel
circuito e iosciare drenare
completamente tullo illiquido. Riowilare 10 vile di scarico.
Per obbreviore I'operazione di drenaggio 5i puo scollegare 10 lubazione (2) di
collegamento cilindro orizzontale-pompa G svitare 10 vile (3) di scorico
sui
coperchio
pompa.
Procederc a scollegore I'impianto di roffreddamento dol motore nel modo seguente:
ollentando
10
foscetto (4) scollegare 10 tubozione di collegamento termostoto-
pompa;
ollentando 10 fascetto (5) scollegare 10 tubazione di collegamento termostato-testa
orizzontale;
allentare Ie fascette (6) e scollegare 10 lubazione di collegamento radio/ore-teste.
In questo modo il gruppo termos/oto e il radi%re rimarrannocollegati 01 teloio. Durante
il rimonlaggio, per evitare errori di collegamento, consultare

schema dell'impianto
di raffreddamento riportato a pagina P.4.
Discharge the cooling liquid and detach the cooling circuit pipes.
Unscrew the screw (1) to discharge the liquid in the circuit and leave all the liquid to
drain out completely. Tighten the discharge screw.
For a more rapid drainage, disconnect the pipe (2) connecting the horizontal cylinder
to the pump and unscrew the discharge screw (3) on the pump cover.
Disconnect the cooling system from the engine in the following manner:
loosen the hose clamp (4) to disconnect the tube connecting the thermostat and pump;
loosen the hose clamp (5) to disconnect the tube connecting the thermostat and the
horizontal cylinder head;
loosen the hose clamp (6) and disconnect the tube connecting the radiator to the
cylinder heads.
In this manner the thermostat unit and the radiator remain connected to Ihefrome. During
reassembly, to avoid connection errors, refer 10 the cooling plant diagrams shown on
page P.4.
Evacuation du liquide refrigerant et debranchement des tubulures du circuit de
refroidissement.
Devisser 10 vis (1) d'evacuation du liquide contenu dans Ie circuitet laisser s'ecouler tout
Ie liquide. Revisser 10 vis d'evacuation.
Pour que I'ecoulement soit plus rapide, on peut debroncher Ie tube (2) d'assemblage
cylindre horizontal - pompe el devisser

vis (3) d'evacuation sur Ie couvercle de
10
pompeo
Debrancher I'installation de refroidissement du moteur de 10 fac;:on suivante:
desserrer Ie collier (4) pour debrancher Ie tube de raccordement thermostat-pompe;
desserrer Ie collier (5) pour debrancher Ie tube de raccardement thermostat-tete
horizontale;
desserrer les colliers (6) et debrancher Ie tube de raccordement radiateur-tetes.
De celte fac;:on, Ie groupe thermostatel Ie radialeur resteront assembles au chassis. Lars
du remontage, pour eviler des erreurs de raccordement, consulter Ie schema de
I'installation de refroidissement figuront
