Use this parameter to set the encoder to position or angular offset mode.
7.322 (ID 3021) Manual Offset
Location in the menu: P3.15.4.12
Use this parameter to set the manual position or angular offset of the encoder.
7.323 (ID 3022) Filter Time Constant
Location in the menu: P3.15.4.13
Use this parameter to set the Filter Time Constant frequency for the encoder. The function filters noise from the encoder signal to
make sure it does not affect the speed control.
The Filter Time Constant frequency must not be too large. A too large constant has a negative effect on speed control performance.
Values higher than 10 ms are usually too large.
7.324 (ID 3024) Frequency Monitor A Timeout
Location in the menu: P3.15.4.14
Use this parameter to set the integral time limit for the error excursion of the encoder frequency. Give the limit in ms.
7.325 (ID 3025) Frequency Monitor A Response
Location in the menu: P3.15.4.15
Use this parameter to set the response to an encoder failure:
• 0 = Give a fault
• 1 = Fall back to a secondary encoder
• 2 = Fall back to sensorless operation
7.326 (ID 3027) HW Glitch Filter Time
Location in the menu: P3.15.4.16
Use this parameter to set the encoder HW glitch filter threshold level (0.5 ms).
7.327 (ID 3028) SW Detection Limit
Location in the menu: P3.15.4.17
Use this parameter to set the encoder SW error threshold level in Hz.

Use this parameter to set the encoder repeated error time limit in ms.
