It is acceptable for some sets to have NO visible etched
numbers.
5. If the tip depth does not meet the above criteria, run the
model a second time on a second unused modeling base
and evaluate again.
6. If the tip depth again fails the above criteria, contact
Stratasys Customer Support for more information on
adjusting tip depth.
Building a Test Part
Stratasys has factory-preloaded test parts into Prodigy Plus. It is
recommended that you build a test part as your first build to
familiarize yourself with the system.
Once the machine has warmed up, material has been loaded, and
a plastic modeling base is in place, you can build a test part.
To build a test part:
1. Press Maintenance.
2. Press Test Parts, and select one of the available sample
parts.
Prodigy Plus automatically starts building the part.
3. When the part is finished, follow the steps under
a Completed Part
Sending Your CAD File to the System
This section describes the procedures used for sending your own
CAD files to Prodigy Plus.
To send a "job" to Prodigy Plus:
1. Create an .stl file with your CAD software.
