Definitions: The tool change point has to be far enough outside the retraction area so that when the
revolver is swivelled, no tool extends into the retraction area.
Reactions: - Interpreter stop
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Remedy: Specify another tool change point.
