Initial Cropping Frame Settings – 714
This menu controls the effective area of the image.
This setting determines the position of the image frame when the
CROP function (see page 5-18) is not applied. You can override
this setting, using the CROP function.
With the second set of soft key indications shown in the SETUP &
DIAG menu, press F4 (INITIAL CROP) to display the INITIAL
CROP menu.

The following are some of the operations carried out in this menu.
Setting the initial position of the image frame
To set the initial position of the image frame, adjust the parameters
as follows.
• Left knob ("Left"): Adjust position of left edge (–5 to +5).
• Center knob ("Right"): Adjust position of right edge (–5 to +5).
• Left knob ("Top"): Adjust position of upper edge (–4 to +4).
• Center knob ("Bttm"): Adjust position of lower edge (–4 to +4).
