Register Utilities
Deleting the contents of specified registers – F1 (DELETE)

Chapter 8 Effect Utilities
• Double-clicking with the mouse on a register number recalls the
effect in that register.
The following are some of the operations carried out in this menu.
In all of these cases, to cancel the operation press F7 (CANCEL).
Use the following procedure.

Press F1 (DELETE).
The legend "DELETE" appears in the numeric keypad area.

Enter the number of the first register whose contents are to be
deleted using the numeric keypad, and press the ENTER
button. Alternatively, click on the register number displayed
on the screen, using the mouse.
The entered register number appears in the numeric keypad
area followed by a dash. (e.g. "DELETE 12 –")

Enter the number of the last register whose contents are to be
deleted using the numeric keypad, and press the ENTER
button. Alternatively, click on the register number displayed
on the screen, using the mouse.
The entered register is appended to the message in the numeric
keypad area (e.g. "DELETE 12 – 24"), and then further the
legend "DELETE OK? enter" appears.
To delete only the register whose number was
entered in step 2
In step 3, without entering a register number, simply press the
ENTER button.
The legend "DELETE OK? enter" appears in the numeric
keypad area.
To cancel the delete operation
Press F7 (CANCEL).

Press the ENTER button.
This deletes the contents of the registers in the specified range.
