Hue path settings for "MATTE":
For the "MATTE" item, the hue path settings are indicated by
the following iconic representations.
: Rotate the hue clockwise when observed on a
vectorscope.
: Rotate the hue counterclockwise when observed on a
vectorscope.
: Rotate the hue in whichever direction makes the path to

the next key frame shortest.
: Rotate the hue in whichever direction makes the path to
L
the next key frame longest.

If you selected a spline curve, adjust the parameters as
follows.
Left knob ("Tens"): tension (–4 to +4)
Tens=1
Center knob ("Bias"): bias, that is, the gradient of the curve
on a key frame (–4 to +4)
Bias=1
Right knob ("Cont"): continuity (–4 to +4)
Cont=1
Tens=–1
Bias=–1
Cont=–1
