Making fine adjustments
Carrying out a transformation at a constant speed
Other trackball and Z-ring settings
To make the trackball and Z-ring adjustments finer than normal,
hold down the SEL/FINE button while carrying out the operation.
You can vary the fineness from the TRACK BALL menu (page
10-10).
To continue a transformation at a constant speed, hold down the
VELO HOLD button while turning the trackball or Z-ring.
The speed is detected, and then as long as you hold this button
down the image continues to change at the same speed even after
releasing the trackball or Z-ring.
In the TRACK BALL menu (page 10-10), you can select whether
the automatic speed is the same as the detected speed, or slower
than the detected speed.
In addition to the above functions, you can change the relationship
between the trackball and Z-ring movement and the movement of
the image.
