Accessing a register
Recalling registers by operating the switcher system connected
to the DME-7000 (the Keyframe-LINK™ function)
Use the following procedure to access a register in which to save
an effect.
1
In the effect store and recall section, press the RECAL EFF
button, turning it on.
2
Enter the number of the register to be accessed from the
numeric keypad.
• When generating a new effect, access a register which is not
currently holding an effect. To access the next higher
numbered empty register above the current register, enter a
period (".").
• To recall the currently recalled register in the state before the
current changes, enter zero.
3
Press the ENTER button.
This accesses the specified register.
You can control effects created on a DME-7000 from a DVS-
6000/6000C/7000 digital video switcher system. This is referred
to as the key frame link function.
Access from a DVS-6000/6000C
To use the key frame link function, the DVS-6000/6000C must
have the BKDS-6050 key frame control panel installed, and a
software version of 2.00 or later. A 9-pin remote control cable
(supplied with the BKDS-6050) must be used to connect the
switcher control panel (BKDS-6010) to the DME-7000 processor
unit.
For details of the connections, refer to the DME-3000/7000
Operation Manual.
Access from a DVS-7000
This requires the DVS-7000 system to be equipped with a BKDS-
7032 Key Frame Control Panel, and to be operating with at least
Version 2.00 of the software.
